Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with misiqq. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances, including winnings. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple accounts use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. Upon account termination, your right to access misiqq services immediately ceases. All active bonuses, pending bets, and promotional balances will be forfeited. Remaining genuine deposited balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) may be refunded at misiqq's sole discretion after deduction of any outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owed to misiqq. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and this Section 9.2) shall survive termination.
